How ProjectMe works
ProjectMe connects people who need something done with vetted project managers who get it done — with the messages, files, scheduling and payment handled in one place.
If you need project help
- Step 1
Tell us what you need
Answer a few short questions about your project — what you want done, when, and what's in the way. No account needed to look around first.
- Step 2
Get matched with the right support
We guide you to the right level of help and match you with a vetted project manager, or you can request a specific PM from the PM Community.
- Step 3
Work together in one place
Messages, appointments, files, deliverables, agreements and payment all live in your project workspace.
If you're a project manager
- Step 1
Apply and get vetted
Share your experience, credentials and the kinds of projects you take on. MTC reviews and approves every PM before they appear publicly.
- Step 2
Get matched or claim work
Standard services come to you at MTC-set prices — you simply accept or decline. Custom projects are posted on the Opportunity Board where you can propose a monthly rate.
- Step 3
Deliver and get paid
Do the work in the ProjectMe workspace. You keep 85% of the project value; MTC keeps 15% for platform, matching and payment handling.
Which kind of support fits
Standard services
From $49
Fixed-price, clearly scoped help — a ProjectMe Review or a Clarity Session. MTC sets the price, so there's no bidding or negotiating.
Personal PM
$299 / month
An ongoing project manager relationship with up to 5 included requests or deliverables each billing month. Your allowance resets each paid month.
Custom project
Monthly, PM-proposed
For bigger or ongoing work. You describe the project and budget, qualified PMs submit proposals, and the proposal you accept becomes your monthly price.
Standard services and Personal PM are matched at MTC-set prices. Only custom projects involve PM proposals.
Ready when you are
Browse the PM Community and services freely. You'll only be asked to create an account when you start a project, apply as a PM, or message someone.
