Terms of Use & Community Rules

1. Your account

You need an account to build a project, message MTC or a ProjectMe PM, share documents, book sessions, or purchase support. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for everything done through your account. Accounts are for people aged 18 or older.

2. Licence to use ProjectMe

MTC Consulting grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the ProjectMe web app and the ProjectMe iOS and Android apps. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or use ProjectMe to build a competing service. The apps are licensed, not sold, to you.

3. Community rules — zero tolerance

ProjectMe carries messages, files and profiles between real people. The following is never permitted anywhere in the product:

• Harassment, threats, bullying or abusive language.
• Hate speech or discrimination of any kind.
• Sexual, graphic or otherwise objectionable content.
• Spam, scams, or soliciting payment outside ProjectMe.
• Sharing someone else's private or confidential information.
• Uploading malware or content you do not have the right to share.

Every message, uploaded file, deliverable and provider profile can be reported using the report control shown alongside it. You can also block another person, which stops them contacting you. MTC reviews reports within 24 hours and removes content and terminates accounts that break these rules, without refund.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of your projects, notes, documents and messages. You grant MTC Consulting the limited right to store and process that content in order to run the service and deliver the support you purchase. Assigned consultants and ProjectMe PMs receive read-only access to the specific project you bought help with, and only for the duration of that engagement.

5. Paid services and billing

ProjectMe Review and the ProjectMe Clarity Session are one-time purchases. ProjectMe Personal PM is a recurring monthly subscription that continues until cancelled. All purchases are for human consulting services delivered by MTC Consulting or a vetted ProjectMe PM, and are processed by Stripe through your web browser. ProjectMe retains a platform fee on marketplace engagements. You can cancel a subscription at any time from Billing; access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

6. Agreements and e-signature

Paid engagements and provider participation require an electronically signed agreement. You consent to doing business electronically and agree that your typed signature is legally binding. Executed copies stay available for download in My Agreements.

7. Not professional advice

ProjectMe provides project-management structure and coaching. It is not legal, financial, medical or therapeutic advice, and AI-generated suggestions may be wrong. You are responsible for your own decisions.

8. Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time from My Account. Cancel any active subscription first. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone; MTC retains only records it is legally required to keep, such as executed agreements and billing history.

9. Ending access

MTC Consulting may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, abuses another user, or attempts to defraud the platform.
